Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I do if I am having problems opening or printing documents from the Reference Library?
Be sure to manipulate documents using the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat if possible. If not, try to save the PDF file directly to your desktop and then open it from there.

2. What should I do if I am having problems logging in or accessing elements of the menu?
Please be sure to update your internet browsers. This webpage works best in Internet Explorer 6 or above or Firefox.

3. What should I do if my password is not working?
Passwords should only consists of letters and numbers. Please do not use symbols of any kind in your password.
